Hardwood Flooring Outline:Hardwood flooring company of Sacramento / Placer, California (owned and operated by Brian Beaver); this is my general work area, however, I do travel to surrounding areas. My company has a California based flooring license (c15), in addition to being bonded and insured (insured to $1,000,000). References are available on the reference page. An oak hardwood floor with a boarder containing a dark walnut strip is located in Citrus Heights, California (in Sacramento County) and can be viewed upon request. And yes; quotes are free! Call (916)300-4700 or email me (please put 'flooring' in the subject line) for a free estimate.
This flooring company handles a diverse range of services:I do: installations, refinishing, new sanding & finishing, repairs, re-coats, designs, inlays, boarders, etc. I install and sand un-finished wood floors as well as install pre-finish floors. I can do just the installation, just sanding, or both parts of the job. We can design a custom inlay just for your home or install a classic style boarder with or without an accenting feature strip. We can work with the customer (for GCs) for just about every situation. Sometimes all the floor needs to look new again is a simple buff and coat instead of forking out money for refinishing.
Who I Work for & what to expect:I do sub-contract construction work for contractors, sub-contract work for distributors, or work directly for homeowners. Job size can be as little as a couple hundred feet to as big as 5000 square feet.
When I do a job for a customer, any routine maintenance that could be needed years down the road, will be done at a reduced rate for past customers. If references are contacted, it will become clear that Beaver Hardwood Flooring’s 1st goal is for complete customer satisfaction. I will honestly tell you your options and then give you the pros & cons of each choice.
I won’t try to sell you completely on one option, because it doesn't matter to me what you choose (as long as it’s not a mistake). I can do it all. I have the proper tools to sand and finish a job properly as well as install pre-finished products. My goal is to keep my customers happy, and leave them wanting to refer me to friends for years to come.
Flooring Material types (these are just a few):Hardwood Flooring: Red Oak, White Oak, Maple, Cherry, Brazilian Cherry, Bamboo, Walnut, Purple Hart, Mahogany, Santos Mahogany, and Mara Bal. When dealing with unfinished plank, the following woods are most common, but if others can be purchased they can be used.
